I enjoy laughing, sci-fi movies, anime, video-games, playing with my dogs, building electronic projects, listening to music, bonfires, teaching and generally helping people.
I'm 5'10, 235lbs, bald, and have a well-trimmed full beard, thick arms and wide shoulders. I've actually been turned away in an I.T. job interview because I looked too much like a lumberjack. I hope to meet someone that takes care of themselves as well.

I work full time, go to school full time, and take care of my 5 rescued dogs, so I have little spare time. But in what spare time I have the things I like to do is work on electronic projects (arduino/raspberry pi), watch anime, walk my dogs, and blog about political progressive and secular issues.

Later this year I will be starting a non-profit directed at community teaching people how to use computers with open-source software and fighting the digital divide.

I'm looking for a like-minded gal who might enjoy where I'm going in life and would like to accompany me. Understand that I don't have a lot of spare time, so time made to spend with someone is pretty important.

To finish my degree, move professionally into I.T., and start my non-profit successfully to teach publicly how to use computers and make use of Free/Open-Source Software to bridge the digital divide to help people with no internet get connected to enrich their lives and empower themselves.

My personally happiness is in there somewhere, a good partner/friend/lover will be integral in that.

Someone who takes care of themselves. Extra curves are no problem, but things must still be proportionate...there are lots of ways for humans to look that are still very attractive.

A soul-mate would be able to hold up her end of a conversation, be interested in science to at least some degree, always learning more, and care about evidence.

A soul mate would care about other people and animal rights, and would be willing to help me help the community when I start doing my public teaching again next year.
