Librarian with Myers-Briggs INTJ preference, divorced with two grown children, and a MOOC junkie, looking for a man with a sense of humor about life, the universe, and everything.

He'll probably enjoy my company if he's an avid book reader, because I am, too. I'm a middle of the road bipartisan, so we'll probably get along if he can see gray areas rather than black and white/yes and no/right and wrong. My personal philosophy is based in win-win decision making, with little tolerance for an 'us v. them' world view. If he is a blend of Fitzwilliam Darcy, Atticus Finch, and Jamie Fraser, he'd be my ideal and I'll assume he's an illusion. Not at all interested in perfection for him or me, and integrity of character is far more important to me than a handsome face. I hope I'll fall somewhere within the boundaries of his ideal woman in return.

I'm a member of Gulf Coast Mensa and the Houston Association for Psychological Type, and I occasionally tutor ESL students. I don't smoke, and drink socially in moderation. I try to watch my diet and, at minimum, walk a couple of miles daily and appear (and feel) younger than my years. I'm energized and revitalized by nature and hope to travel more...someday.
