I like to stay in shape and run 6 miles a day, 5 days a week when I am not training for a race. I just ran the Twin Cities Marathon 10/5/2014. I was running over 200 miles a month when I was training. I retired from the Army where I served for 31 years. I was a Green Beret, Army Special Forces. My interests also including boating, water skiing, snow skiing, sky diving and horseback riding. |
