He served on the Jacksonville Blue Ribbon panel whose objective was to formulate a plan and set of goals to make Jacksonville an appealing town for living as well as for industry. He also served on the Go Texan Committee, whose, objective was to make Jacksonville a certified retirement community for the state of Texas. The certification was granted. He has also served on a number of Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Corporation committees. Mike is known for his expertise in handling commercial transactions and his name is predominant on most of the commercial for sale signs throughout Jacksonville. Mike also has published several real estate-related articles in the local paper. He has even been sought out by attorneys regarding real estate legal issues. |
