I’m a political liberal, a secular humanist who was widowed some years ago after a wonderful marriage. I have a very active life but would like to find a special guy my age with whom to share adventures - good conversation, plays, music, walks, travel. I have lots of interests - photography, writing, natural history, traveling, studying a variety of fields - and would appreciate a man who has interests of his own. I have three grown children and four young-but-grown grandchildren, all of whom are delightful. Seriously.

I’m stable, happy, outgoing and have had a lifetime of interesting experiences but am by no means done. I have no “issues” - health-related or otherwise - and there is no “drama” in my life, other than the good kind.

I love the urban life - bistros, theatre, music, museums - but am very outdoorsy. I have five horses (who, like my children, do not live with me) and plenty of experience with foaling, calving, lambing and shoveling manure, but do not expect a man to participate in any of the above. I also spend considerable time in the woods and fields, or on lakes and rivers, before coming home to clean up, dress up, and head to a local theatre. A guy could hit the trail or the water with me, or he could be holding his nose until I’ve showered and am ready to hit the Dakota.

I’m independent and don’t need a man to make me whole but I love seeing that special face light up when I walk in. I’m loving and caring, and would love to hold someone’s hand again. (Which is not to suggest that romance should stop there!)

My family is multi-racial. Bigots, close-minded people and those who hate immigrants or disdain labor unions should avoid me like the plague.

Speaking of which: I’m fully vaxxed and “boosted”, as we all should be.
