Now that I have your attention - Yes the above is true and here is a bit more about me:

I cook, bake, clean & do my own laundry.
I'm big into trying Creole recipes recently (to dispel a misnomer about Cajun/Creole cooking, spice is up to the eater. If you want it hot make it hot.) I love to BBQ as well. I do quite a bit of experimenting with recipes. Nobody has gotten sick or died from my cooking, so I guess I'm doing OK. I do get frequent compliments on my food. That could be due to my being pretty big & intimidating though.
I'm interested in preserving the roots of the U.S. through photographs of her architecture. Barns & Art Deco buildings have a soft spot in my heart. Kind of keeping a bit of history alive through the lens. Better to at least have a photograph than just a pile of rubble. I also have a different view than most. I see quite a few things that need to be really looked at.
I like classic Jazz music, Blues, Zydeco & Reggae but I pretty much listen to all genres of music. I do get real enjoyment from live music. Seeing how others react, taking in the performers actions, just being a small part of the atmosphere gets me.
Recently I was told I have a very dry wit & people need to think some before responding. I took that as a good thing as I like to make others think, to see the humor around them.

As a believer in common courtesy I try to be a good person to everybody. I even respond to emails!
But life didn’t come with instructions & I'm no saint. If we do indeed learn from making mistakes I should be a genius by now.
