I love music, from finding new talent in a blues club to stadium seating. Taste runs from Mellencamp, Petty, etc. to Heather Maloney, Baskery, Sarah Jarocz, Aoife O'Donovan, Sturgill Simpson, Mandolin Orange. (I figure much can be discerned from musical taste.)
I'm the parent of some great, but interesting, children. They are all long gone. One is in residential care in another state. I have learned the very hard way to be patient but relentless. If you've been there you know what I mean.

I am funny but that doesn't mean you'll think I'm funny. Humor is funny like that. I am passionate about music, the outdoors, the "other" that can't speak or act for her/himself. This political disaster is not OK. If you think it is OK - go away. Did I mention that I was subtle?

I don't need another marriage. Had one already. I don't need to immediately fall into co-dependency with anybody. I just want some company. If I got more that would involve a commitment by us both. I take that seriously. I need such a partner, a friend, a lover to have my back - as I will have yours. If we end up loving each other for what we both bring, not for what we thought we needed, we will be in good shape.
