Well, I would prefer to show off some cooking skills by preparing some smoked BBQ ribs, grilled corn w/ chipotle sauce, and maybe some grilled squash. I have been making homemade ice cream since age eighteen...I'm thinkin' root beer float for dessert...or go somewhere and keep it simple, understated, and casual.

My philosophy is this...it's better to have 15 projects in the works with none of them completed, than to be highly successful at doing nothing. Honestly, unless I meet someone and have cause to try something new, I've got too many irons in the fire already.

I guess I better keep it clean. I like throwing a ball for my dogs, cooking, going camping and fishing for a couple of days. I've had a lifetime of death defying excitement so it doesn't take much to make me happy. I'm usually having fun or I stop and do something else.
