My research in the Physics department at UT involves building ultra-intense lasers and shooting them at things.I race cars on the weekend....when I can. This activity impoverishes me but is too fun not to do. I also occasionally instruct people on high performance driving on race tracks. I like fine wine (not consumed before racing cars). I also like floating the rivers around central Texas to beat the heat.I travel a lot for work and go frequently to Europe. I also love art and architecture, trying to squeeze in museum visits whenever I can while traveling. (My major in college was in both Physics and Art History).I enjoy going out downtown in Austin every now and then. |
